We support succession of generations and are sure that there are many future machine builders (good specialists, chiefs of departments and enterprises of the industrial group UPEC) among the children of our workers. But to make it interesting for rising generation is already necessary today. History of the project "Country UPEC" began with the corporate child holiday "Summer in country UPEC" that was held in Kharkov Park named after Artem on 9 June 2007, and also in Lozovaya where one of the enterprises of the industrial group is situated.

Sergey Nestrugin, Vice-President of UPEC: "We decided that the best way for children to acquaint with the Company where their parents work was to appear in the fairy country – country UPEC. So, the idea of the unique child project "Country UPEC" came into being. The holiday aroused great interest and many positive emotions by children and worker of the industrial group. In this country, our worker and their children can have a rest in a happy and interesting way and get bright and unforgettable emotions. We hope very much that this project will become another reason for our workers to be proud of their Company."

In country UPEC, fairy heroes, clowns and acrobats, kind magicians and young fairies met children. The children took part in the contest "pictures on asphalt". The parents were so anxious that not only advised young artists which plots for pictures to choose, but also took pieces of chalk for making changes in pictures for the contest. Friendship won! Each participant received prize and letters of commendation. The holiday was accompanied by the concert program in which child groups from entertainment centers of UPEC enterprises took part. All children obtained souvenirs from the Company.
