He was born on June, 23, 1946.

Education: in 1977, he graduated from “Kharkov Polytechnical Institute”.

Experience of management activity – 30 years.

From 1986 to 1991: Secretary of Dzerzhinskii district committee of Ukrainian communist party, Chairman of Dzerzhinskii district executive committee of Kharkov.

Since 1996 – Deputy Director General of “UPEC”.

Since 1999 – Director, and then Vice-President of “UPEC”.

Married, has two daughters.
