Biographical data

He was born in Dnepropetrovsk on August, 7, 1957.

Education: in 1974, he finished the secondary school with the gold medal; in 1980, he graduated with honors from “Kharkov Institute of Radioelectronics”.

Íå carries on business since 1990.

Since 1995 – the founder and Director General of “UPEC”.

Since 2001 – President of “UPEC”.

From 2002 to 2006: Honorary President of UPEC, People’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the forth convocation according to voting district ¹180, Chairman of Economic Affairs Subcommittee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Awarded with Order of merit of the third class, Certificate of honor and lapel badge of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine “For merits before Ukrainian people”.

Since June, 2006 – President of UPEC.

Since October 2008, was elected as a chairman of the Council of Associations of employers, Kharkiv region and a chairman of the Kharkov Regional Association of employers «Granit». Member of the Federation Council of Employers.

Married, has two sons.
