Vice-president of IG UPEC Sergey Ivanovich Nestrugin is awarded by the Order of Merit of the III class according to the decree of the President of Ukraine from 20.01.2010 ¹ 53/2010 for major private contribution to the cause of consolidation of Ukrainian society, construction of democratic, social and constitutional state and on the occasion of the Day of Ukraine National Unity.
