Technical Director of JSC UPEC Nikolay Scherbets was awarded the title “Honoured Mechanical Engineer of Ukraine”

Technical Director of JSC UPEC Scherbets Nikolay Gennadievich was awarded the title “Honoured Mechanical Engineer of Ukraine” according to the decree of the President of Ukraine from 20.01.2010 ¹ 53/2010 for major private contribution to the cause of consolidation of Ukrainian society, construction of democratic, social and constitutional state and on the occasion of the Day of Ukraine National Unity.
